To achieve this educational objective, the programme:

is a full 3-year programme encompassing the final year of the Bachelor’s Degree and a two-year Master’s Degree.

offers general courses in organizational engineering and management systems, which enables all students to share core knowledge in management, regardless of their educational backgrounds;

lays emphasis on teamwork and the learning of new forms of work organization;

combines theoretical and pragmatic approaches and brings students and companies together through internships, field studies and various events co-organized with our various partners in the business world, including our Quality Enhancement Committee.

offers students a complete overview of companies via a wide range of management issues which are also research topics at the Laboratory of Cognition and Support Management to which the lecturers belong.

focuses on helping students build up reactive intelligence to allow them to develop critical thinking through the acquisition of robust knowledge and the development of managerial skills and behaviours, while cultivating their differences by building rich experience of their own.

The educational program focuses on teaching students how to build their own career plan in a responsible way according to their personal skills and career expectations as early as their 1st year in the course.
